Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Investors AI (“Investors AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Investors AI website, applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Investment Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Investors AI is an analytical and educational tool. It uses artificial intelligence to help you understand markets and your own trading. Features include an AI Coach, a Chart Analyzer, a daily Trade of the Day, watchlist and market insights, a trading journal, and a personalised “Investor DNA” profile.

Investors AI is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary, and it does not provide personalised investment advice. Nothing in the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument, and we do not execute trades or hold your funds. All output is AI-generated analysis for your own consideration. Please read the full Investment Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Investors AI you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. The Service is intended for general informational use and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law or regulation.

Accounts are created and secured through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@investors-ai.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep it up to date. The preferences you set (such as your markets, risk tolerance and trading style) are used to personalise the Service.

Investors AI offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro and Elite) billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any change before it affects your plan.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor through its hosted, PCI-compliant checkout. We do not collect or store your full card details ourselves. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled; you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, its AI outputs, or its underlying models;
• circumvent usage limits, rate limits or access controls, or interfere with the Service’s security or normal operation;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or anything containing malware or another person’s confidential information; or
• present Investors AI’s output as licensed financial advice or as your own regulated service to third parties.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

You retain ownership of the charts, notes, journal entries and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to analyze a chart you upload or to personalise your Investor DNA. We do not sell Your Content. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text and the structure of its AI outputs, is owned by Investors AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own investing decisions. You may use AI output for your personal purposes but may not redistribute it as a standalone product or service.

Investors AI relies on third-party AI models and third-party market-data sources. AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and market data may be delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or profitability of any analysis, verdict, price level, confidence score or “Trade of the Day”.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Always verify information independently before acting on it. See the Investment Disclaimer.

The Service integrates third-party providers for authentication, AI processing, market data, payments and hosting. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result will be achieved. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investors AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the licences granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Investors AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that place for any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
